How it works. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you've genuinely worked through the Vault materials and feel they aren't the right fit for your studio, you're welcome to request a refund. To keep things fair and to help us improve the product, every refund request follows the same simple process:
- Email info@pmustudiovault.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
- We'll send you a short request form asking which specific materials you used and what didn't work for you. This helps us make the Vault better.
- Once you complete the form, your request is reviewed and, if eligible, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Good-faith use. The guarantee is intended for customers who have actually used the Vault and found it wasn't for them — not as a way to download the full product for free. Requests that don't include the completed form, or that show no genuine engagement with the materials, may not qualify.
Licence termination on refund. The Vault is delivered under a personal-use licence granted at purchase. When a refund is issued, this licence is automatically terminated and you agree to permanently delete all Vault materials — PDFs, Word, Excel, image and printed files — from every device, cloud and backup within 7 days. Continued use, copying, sharing or resale after a refund constitutes copyright infringement under applicable law (incl. the U.S. Copyright Act, the UK CDPA 1988, the EU Copyright Directive 2019/790, and the Australian Copyright Act 1968).
Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
